Community for Christ Assistance Center

The Community for Christ Assistance Center was formed in 2004. many of the churches in the area came together to form a central location for an assistance center to give out food, utility, rental and car fuel assistance to those in need. Some of the churches had a food pantry of their own, but saw a need for a more centrally located and structured center giving more assistance. A thrift shop was created to sell discount good clean, donated clothing. The money made from the thrift store cover the costs of the assistance center and help reach out to over 60 familes.
